                      2012 – 3rd term nobel & star fellowship

     

     ◎ purpose: to nurture nobel prize winners at unist

     

     ◎ who may apply:  excellent applicants in the combined master's-doctoral or

                                   the  doctoral courses (including freshmen)

     

    ◎ numbers of beneficiary:  4~6 awardees /year (subject to change)

       –  according to the agreement with world class scholars and research lab.

     

    ◎ amount & terms:  max. 90m(krw) for 3years + dispatch expenses max. 30m(krw)

    ※ selected fellowship beneficiary students are not allowed to also hold an ra/ta or other scholarships during the same period

     

    benefits:  

    – opportunity of dispatch to world class lab. for more than 6months

    – research/thesis guidance from both world class scholars (nobel laureates) and

    unist faculty members

     – 1st step: receiving application forms  (y2012 application due date: nov. 9th,2012)

    – 2nd step: x-x-x-x-document evaluation by overseas scholars and unist professors (until nov. 19th,2012)

    – 3rd step: final evaluation & interview by graduate committee (tentative: nov. 27th,2012)
